The sneakers are fantastic, but the FedEx delivery service that unseen footwear chose is just awful. They completely missed the express delivery schedule; my order is stuck at the local depot with no idea when it’ll arrive. I was supposed to get it on Friday with the 1-day express option, but now it looks like I won’t see my order until next week.

This can't be real!!! You accepted my order and confirmed it. You took my cash from my credit card, but my stuff hasn’t even been shipped (FedEx told me so) - I sent you two messages and got no reply!!! Tried calling, but no one picked up!!! I'm beginning to wonder if this is all a scam!

I placed an order for the shoes during Black Friday and waited ages. Just yesterday, I checked my mailbox only to find out they had canceled my order. I never received any email or call letting me know that someone was supposed to deliver the item I wanted to my place. I'm really frustrated with how this was handled.

The quality of the unseen black leather is just fantastic. I picked up a pair about a month back and liked them so much that I ended up getting a second pair because they’re super comfy. The leather feels really soft, and they look stunning. This is only the second time I’ve ever bought two pairs of the same shoes because I’m that impressed. I highly recommend these! Didn’t get next day delivery like the website claimed. The phone number in the confirmation email doesn’t pick up. When I tried to cancel my order since it hadn’t shown up, they mentioned issues with mail planes and the weather (the company is based in Jersey). They didn’t offer any way to cancel except to wait for the package to arrive, then refuse it and wait up to two weeks for a refund. After that, I got no responses to my follow-up emails. Really disappointing service for a so-called 'high-end brand.'
